Helping Hands Grant
The Helping Hands Grant program is designed to assist low-income manufactured home owners who need critical repairs to their primary residence. Critical home repairs are those that are essential to remain in the home. The program does not include those items deemed to be cosmetic in nature. Applicants must meet all requirements of the grant program.
Grant program requirements include:

The applicant must own the home for 12 months or more.

The home must be a 1976 model or newer.

Total household income must be at or below 50% of the state median income. See chart above.

The home must be considered decent, safe and sanitary.

Project Renewal Grant
Project Renewal is a grant program available to assist low-income mobile or manufactured home owners with disposal or recycling of old, uninhabitable mobile or manufactured homes. In order to be eligible for assistance, the applicant must own the home to be disposed of and the applicant must be low income. Applicants must meet all requirements of the grant program.
